ResourceMedicare.com, is a web and phone-based insurance tool provided by the MRC Marketing LLC, an Ohio resident licensed insurance agency (license #1252315), also licensed as a nonresident insurance agency, or otherwise authorized to transact business as an insurance agency, in multiple states. Plans are insured or covered by a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract and/or a Medicare-approved Part D sponsor with the State Medicaid Program. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan’s contract renewal with Medicare.

Out-of-network/non-contracted providers are under no obligation to treat Plan/Part D Sponsor members, except in emergency situations. Please call our customer service number or see your Evidence of Coverage for more information, including the cost sharing that applies to out-of-network services.

Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at www.medicare.gov.

Every year, Medicare evaluates plans based on a 5-star rating system.

You are not required to provide any health-related information unless it will be used to determine enrollment eligibility.

Not all agents are licensed to sell all products. Service and product availability varies by state. A licensed insurance agent may be compensated based on a consumer’s enrollment in a health plan.
