Kate has worked to help people in the Dayton area find optimal Medicare coverage for seven years. She is one of the founding owners of United Christian Advisors LLC, the founding company of Medicare Resource Center. Kate is a lifelong resident of Tipp City and served for eight years on Tipp City's board of education. She has received the Pinnacle Award (over 100 sales per year) in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

In 2001, after serving in the military for 9 years, Jason started selling Medicare plans as an employee of a large Medicare insurance company. He was eventually promoted into a leadership position where he began to develop and train teams of Medicare insurance brokers throughout Central and Southwest Ohio. In 2015 he left his employed position to start his own Medicare insurance brokerage. He currently serves as the president of the Medicare Resource Center.
